The Holly Hills Improvement Association (HHIA) was formed on September 10, 1927. It is oldest neighborhood organization in the city of St. Louis. Since its inception, we have held various activities and events to promote the well-being of Holly Hills.

Our elected board of directors hosts bi-monthly neighborhood meetings, publishes a newsletter which is delivered to all member households and businesses, and is the sponsor of this website.
